Invincible Living Cáscara

Cáscara is the outer husk of the coffee cherry. In the processing of coffee, the skins are separated from the beans during the pulping process. The pulped skins are collected, sun-dried for a period of 14 days and subject to sterilisation. They are then brewed like loose-leaf tea. At Hiregudda Estate, Cáscara is obtained from deep-red coffee cherries harvested on full moon nights during a conscious, high-vibrational ritual. This natural superfood is rich in antioxidants and possesses anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing, and immune-boosting properties. It's also an eco-conscious and sustainable choice. While cáscara does contain caffeine, it has a quarter of the caffeine content of black coffee, making it a lighter caffeinated beverage.
