1.1.1 How do I choose my grind size?
APD will customise the grind size to suit your brewing method. We recommend a very fine grind for a moka pot or espresso, a fine grind for filter coffee, and a moderately coarse grind for French Press or the Channi method. This medium-coarse grind also works well for the pour-over and Chemex methods.

1.1.2 How should I store my coffee?
To keep your ground coffee or whole beans fresh, store them away from light, heat, moisture, and air. APD packaging features a well-thought-through contraption - a de-gassing valve, which is a one-way vent that slowly releases carbon dioxide and other volatile gases without exposing the coffee to air. Simply clip the bag tightly after each use. For ground coffee, use within 3 months, but it’s at its best within 4 weeks of being roasted. Whole beans are at their best about 2 weeks after roasting. Please note that the packaging carries the expiration date for the product purchased.

Adaptogens are a powerful class of plants known for their deeply impacting effects on the psyche, mind, body and emotions. Since aeons, these plants have been revered for their normalising effects on oxidative stress, their ability to enhance metabolic function and their efficacy in powerfully protecting the immune system. They have also been worshipped for the deep spiritual attributes they embody. APD coffees contain potent adaptogens like Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, and Chaga Mushrooms.
